The goal of this training is for participants to be able to teach others to define and identify harm, violence, and bystander intervention. Participants will learn to teach basic bystander intervention skills and behaviors to prevent or intervene in harm or violence. Learning outcomes include: increase knowledge of definitions and education of violence and harm in their communities; learn skills and techniques for violence prevention and intervention; develop and practice intervention skills; and increase efficacy to intervene in some way.
