2019 Northern Recharge

We all have a reason for why we either need the afterschool program or why we work there. We all need to get to the root and passion for our work and what we provide for youth and parents. Why do parents need our programs? Why do kids come? Why do you choose to work there? If we know the answer to these questions, we can better serve the youth and families in our programs! This job is not a check-in/check-out type of job. For some, this program is a saving grace. This presentation will help you find your why and use it to be the best employee you can be while also creating the best program possible!
